SHIPPING POLICY

The price for shipping is estimated individually based on country of delivery, product packing size and weight. We offer standard shipping methods from companies such as PPL, DHL, dpd, Geis, FedEx, UPS for EU customers unless you require some other option. For Customers out of EU we usually send via Czech post who have their agents in every country - usually local national post services. Ask for more details if needed.

Return & exchange can be done only for a defect product. In such a case, we either repair the original piece or we offer a new piece if it is not repairable. Whole return of the product is not possible due to highly customized goods which is often unsaleable. Please keep that in mind when ordering. In some cases we can help to resell the product if we find a new customer.
